Ruggero is a fantastic person, as is his wife, always attentive to customer needs. The complex is very beautiful and welcoming, very relaxing. Excellent food, after all with a chef like Ruggero it is normal, his very kind wife always ready to suggest wonderful itineraries to visit and get to know a fantastic land, Molise.
Truly a fantastic holiday.

The place is beautiful, the swimming pool is comfortable.
The apartment is beautiful but not very functional.
The thing we didn't like at all was the owners' approach.
They had three private parties in the building with lots of people, two of which with loud music until late at night and with kids. Drunks who came to scream and smoke in front of our door under the patio. A truly notable inconvenience.
In response to my complaints to the owner, only excuses related to taxes and useless chatter.
I was expecting at least a discount at the end since we practically didn't sleep for two nights.
However, I recommend a choice: either do hospitality, or do night parties...... I would find out before going..
The place would be wonderful, a shame about the restaurant service which in this period does not offer any meals and therefore given the location of the farmhouse (outside the centre), it forces the tourist to use the car to find a restaurant to dine in. However, on the owner's advice we remedied the inconvenience by having dinner at the Colle Bianco farmhouse. Rustic atmosphere but tasty food and fair price.
We stayed for two days on our way to our holidays in Puglia. Very nice, well-kept B&B surrounded by greenery in a hilly position with a breathtaking view. Equipped with everything you need and a beautiful swimming pool where you can relax. The owners were kind and really very thoughtful.
The place is suitable for families who need relaxation. Book and you won't regret it.
We will definitely be back even for more days.
We stayed in this property for one night, at the end of July, to break up the journey from Milan, towards Salento. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and above all clean. The pool area is well maintained and offers moments of pure relaxation, immersed in the Molise countryside. Mrs. Fiorella and Mr. Ruggiero (the owners) are exquisite people, very kind and helpful, like few others we met on our trip. The cuisine is fabulous! We asked to have lunch here and Mr. Ruggiero prepared us a homemade pasta with seafood, what can I say, wow!!!
Finally, excellent quality/price ratio. Definitely a place to recommend, even to those like us who travel with a dog! It was a wonderful discovery, thanks again for your hospitality

Big Kiss
If you are looking for peace and tranquility this is the place for you. Surrounded by hills (with the golden wheat the view is beautiful) and in any case 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches. The apartments are clean and have everything you need. The jewel in the crown is Mrs. Fiorella who, with her friendliness and helpfulness, can recommend everything that is worth visiting in the surrounding areas. Unfortunately we were not able to taste chef Ruggero's dishes but it will be the main reason to return.
